Twelve people were arrested by the Celina Police and Mercer County Sheriff's Deputies on drug related charges.
Jason Bruggeman, 31, faces one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a felony of the third degree and two counts of unlawful purchase or receipt of pseudoephedrine product, misdemeanors of the first degree.
