Fort Wayne celebrates Valentine's Day

Valentines Day celebrations throughout the city on February 14.
Johnny TinCap delivered a surprise Valentine\'s Day gift of a balloon, chocolates, and a red rose to Maria Leeper while she was working out at Spiece Fieldhouse. Maria\'s husband, Cory, bought the surprise for her. This is the first of 15 surprises Johnny will deliver on Feb. 14. This is the third year Johnny has been delivering Valentine\'s Day surprises.
